Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the SabioCast platform you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and by our Privacy Policy. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. Accounts and trials

A trial account is valid for 7 days by default and is intended to evaluate the SaaS platform. You must use a business email address and represent a company or organisation. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

3. Plans, resources and overuse

Each plan includes a defined allocation of data traffic, processing hours and, where applicable, AI hours. Resources expire at the end of the plan period and unused data traffic is not refunded.

If you exceed your allocation, overuse is invoiced at the end of the plan period. As a general rule we do not stop a live stream because of overuse.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use SabioCast to stream unlawful content, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit malware, or attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that breach this section.

5. Content ownership

You retain all rights in the video, audio and other content you stream through SabioCast. You grant us the limited rights necessary to process, transcode, caption, translate, deliver and record that content in order to provide the service.

6. Availability and support

We aim for high availability and monitor the platform 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service unless a specific service level is agreed in writing as part of Premium Support.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SabioCast is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability in connection with the service is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or via the platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
